When I was struggling with stress and sleep, I didn't know what to do. I was so sleep-deprived, stressed out, and overwhelmed that by the time I went to bed, I couldn't sleep.  

I was tired all the time, and it was all I could do to get through the day. I tried so many different things: massage, relaxation techniques, supplements, and beyond. 

Nothing worked to help me reduce stress and sleep better. Why?  

Because I was running myself into the ground… taking on more than I could handle, saying yes to everything, and trying to be everything for everyone… with little or no time in between to barely breathe and absolutely no time for myself. My mind was always in "go-mode".  

I knew something had to give, and I needed to make changes to help my body get what it needed... not only for my health but so I could function as a human being.
